OUR PROCESS
1) Consultation
Your Stephanie Fishwick experience begins with an exploratory conversation with our studio manager Catherine, to gather the details for your commission. We welcome any inspiration prior to this call — a list or any visual references you can share over email.
OUR PROCESS
2) Contract
If we are a fit, Catherine will prepare a detailed Artistic Services Agreement for you to review and sign electronically, which is our contract and project roadmap all-in-one. Once the agreement is approved, we ask that you make a deposit and our artwork process begins!
OUR PROCESS
3) Creative
You will meet with Stephanie to start the artwork process over video. Approximately two weeks later, Stephanie will present ‘first looks’ of your artwork. Based on your feedback, she will refine them to ensure you love the final product! We include two rounds of refinements on all projects.
